Team Track (Group Coaching or Select 1:1s):
- Your team does the same transformational work as 1:1 coaching: values, boundaries, emotional regulation, prioritization
- Group sessions (2-10 people) OR individual 1:1 sessions for key leaders
- Voluntary opt-in (transformation doesn't work when it's mandatory)
