The Fulfillment Assessment

Before we start organizational coaching, we run a Fulfillment Assessment 


This is a comprehensive team diagnostic: 


● 2-hour team workshop 

● Anonymous team survey 

● Data analysis 

● Written debrief report 

● 60-minute debrief call with you 


The assessment tells us: 

● Is this a systems problem (I'll refer you to a consultant) or a culture problem (my work)? 

● What's actually causing the burnout? 

● What does the team need most? 


Only after the assessment do we proceed to organizational coaching (if it's the right fit).
